Supply terms and conditions for e-commerce transactions

About e-commerce

The supplier of the e-commerce products herein is Design Duster Oy, company code 2559515-1. We sell products to private individuals of age, in Finland. The price of products includes Value Added Tax. We reserve the right to adjust prices and delivery costs without notice.


Orders are primarily placed online, at www.duster.fi.

All orders will be confirmed by email, itemising the price of the order, delivery costs and the goods ordered. Receipt of confirmation of order by email is conditional upon the provision by the customer of a valid email address at the time of the order.

Customers are bound by the supply terms and conditions applicable at the time of each order.

Order confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent by us, itemising your order details.

You may review your order via your user account, located on our website.

Payment methods

Full payment for products, together with any postage costs, is required at the time of the order. Payment by the following methods is accepted for e-commerce transactions: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, POP Banks, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, as well as major credit cards. Payments are directed via the Paytrail Oyj website.

Payment is accepted by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

Payment forwarding service and payment services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj will be shown on the card statement as the recipient of remittances, and will forward the payments on to the seller.  Paytrail Oyj is licensed by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Online banking

Online banking payment forwarding service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. The service, as far as the user is concerned, operates exactly the same way as conventional online banking payments.

Payment in advance

Orders will be despatched when full payment arrives on our account. We do not operate on a cash-on-delivery basis. Payment should be made into the following account: FI82 1781 3000 0064 18 (Design Duster Oy), in accordance with the details provided in the order confirmation. For overseas orders, IBAN: FI82 1781 3000 0064 18, BIC/SWIFT: NDEAFIHH.

Orders will be processed during business hours, following receipt of payment. In the event that the payment method chosen is a bank transfer in advance of delivery, any goods so ordered will be held reserved for 5 working days, following which, in the absence of payment, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery period

Products will be despatched on each working day. The delivery period is 2-5 working days.

Method of dispatch and delivery costs

The price of the products includes packaging, handling and postage costs.

Exchange and return terms

Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act applicable in Finland, customers have the right to exchange or return goods within 14 days. The right of return only relates to unused goods, contained in their original packaging, which are returned in a saleable condition. Design Duster Oy is not liable for any return costs. The customer is responsible for all costs arising from the return of products.

The following information should be enclosed with any returns:

  • Customer number, name, address and telephone number
  • Bank account details
  • Copy of the order confirmation by Design Duster Oy

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days following delivery. When a returned product has been received, processed and approved, a refund will be made directly into your account.

Delivery interruptions and faulty products

In the event that a product has gone missing during transit, sustained damage, or an incorrect product has been delivered to the customer, this should be notified without delay by the customer at info@duster.fi, or by post to:

Notice of an incorrect delivery or faulty product must be given within 14 days of receipt of the product. In the event that the package has been damaged during transit, a claim must be submitted to the post office without delay.

Further points

We reserve the right to amend our supply terms and conditions from time to time, without advance notice. Prior to order, customers should familiarise themselves with the supply terms and conditions applicable at that time.

Design Duster Oy will process all customer details with confidentiality.
Design Duster Oy will not surrender customer data to any third parties.
